At Feathercore, we strive to ensure that your custom-built PC reaches you safely and promptly. Our shipping policy outlines the procedures, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs associated with your purchase.

2. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This includes assembly, testing, and packaging of your custom PC.
Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days. 2-3 business days for Delhi NCR.
Cost: Free for all orders within India.
Expedited Shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

Domestic: All states and territories within India.
International: Select countries. Please check at checkout for availability.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance may cause delays. We are not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and your order number.
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
